The documentation required to file a claim is as follows:

  • Lease agreement.
  • Copy of the property title deeds or Land Registry extract (Nota Simple from the Property Registry). If you do not have these documents, we can obtain them on your behalf.
  • Outstanding amounts due (including rent for residential or commercial property, as well as utilities such as electricity, water, gas, etc.).
  • Any prior claims made to the tenant, if applicable. If you wish, within just 24 hours of your visit to our office we can issue the formal demand letter and carry out all necessary amicable recovery efforts.
